In 6.5.4.1, it would be nice to replace the rather vague "More on the
allowed functions in the next chapter" with a direct link to what it's
referring to. It's not clear to me which of the four digits of "6.5.4.1"
corresponds to the "chapter" level. 

I guess that 6.1.6 is what it's referring to, and that doesn't seem to
be the "next chapter" from 6.5.4.1.
