Windows XP Pro - 2.4GHz - 1.0GB RAM - beta11

I decide to try the beta with a process I've been working with and came 
across a couple possible bugs.  When outputing to PNG there may be a 
problem.  I can read the image file in programs like "MS Paint" and "Windows 
Picture and Fax Viewer", however "Microsoft Photo Editor" gives an "Error 
Reading File" error.  I have attached 2 PNG format outputs of a blank scene 
for reference, one from 3.7b11 that doesn't open in MSPE, and one from 3.6 
that does open  (the 3.6 one is almost twice the file size as well).

No particular scene required to replicate.
