This is an animated PNG. I'm reading about this format and it looks
interesting. Someone have any experience with it?
It seemes to have greate avantages:
1. lossless but quite strong movie compresion
2. can be putted on a WWW page same as an .gif in <img> (but only for
browsers supporting it... I think mozilla/firefox does it).
Any suggestions? Best program to convert set of .png to .mga for
win32/linux?

IIRC Paint Shop Pro's Animation Shop has used mng as its preferred
format since the first version, so probably works quite well for what
you want.

IIRC, there's no MNG support in Mozilla/Firefox. They once had it,
but removed later on for god-knows-what reason. You might want to
look over here for more information:

In one of those articles of the main MNG page, where the Mozilla developers
announced they might not need to support MNG.

Too many people spammed the bug lists for MNG support. (bugspam)
There is too much junk in Mozilla Firefox (cruft) that isn't even related to
MNG. Except for that cleaning it has a higher priority...
Also note that MNG is not a supported IETF file format at the date of a link
from an above post...
