Is there any way of doing this? Scaling look pathetic, and varying textures
by time looks just as bad (note: this may just be my useless texture). I
presume it's some turbulance variation with media?

Just for kicks I tried to render the source but got an undeclared identifier
"halo" statement. Is this an old item from POV3.0? What change can be made
to make it run on 3.1. It looks great.
