Folks,
I have released POVInclude V1.1.5 which now adds standard controls (Layers,
Export, No Shadow, Hollow etc etc). In addition, I found an occasions where
I wanted to include a POV-Ray include without enclosing it in a Union. I
have added a no-union check box.

Neil, I've just had a chance to use your plugin V1.1.5, good work. I
have two further requests.
1: A selection of wireframe containers maybe a choice of sphere,
cylinder or rectangular box.
2: The ability to assign a Material from the Material Editor. I can do
a work around by putting it in a group and assigning the Material to
the group.

Oh! And perhaps an inspiration button because I have lost mine :-)

Regards
        Stephen

Stephen,
The rectangular box is already easy. Simply change the coordinates of the
bounding box. Cylinder and sphere are coming.

The material assigner is easy ... but in Moray, if I say that a material
*can* be assigned to the object, Moray insists that one MUST be added. I
haven't found a solution to this yet.

MANY thanks for the comments.

Neil

Sylvain,
The Copy/Save Transform plugin is a separate (to POVInclude) project. I had
little feedback on that so will hold off publishing until I polish some
more.

I generally switch that option off.
It is in Configuration > Moray Tab > Check that all objects have
textures before exporting (Alt +V)
If there is no texture it defaults to red.

Posted a small animation in p.b.a using your plugin.
BTW to you and all the plugin developers could you include your name
and method of contact in the plugin so that credit can be given.

Thanks Stephen.

At least for me, no "credit" needed. Just for fun and for the benefit of
all.

V1.1.6 is now available.

You can use the same workaround to have any display shape, even complex:
built your shape as you built any shape in moray, uncheck export, then put
this shape with your Povinclude object in a group apply any transformation
to the group :)
