We are very proud to welcome our latest hosted site, Event Horizon has 2
essential utilities for Moray users.

Mesh2UDO will take any file with a Pov-Ray mesh object(s) and output a Moray
UDO file and accompanying right handed Mesh include file.

Ambidex2 will take any right handed scene (as outputted from moray) and
convert it to left handed.

Rick,
I downloaded Mesh2UDO and got a file called mesh2udo.class (5kb). No
instructions or anything. I also downloaded j2re1.4.0 and that doesn't shed
any light on the matter. How does one use this?

From an identical question placed by me in the p.b.u. and answered by the
program maker, Thomas Lake:

"Oops been a while since I looked in here, didn't think anyone would actualy
find a use for the thing. What specifically is wrong? You do have the Java
JRE installed right? This is a command line utility, it operates on Pov
files like so:

java ambidex2 inputfilename outputfilename"

Hope this helps.

I've just sent a quick update to Rick wiht some simple instructions on how
to install the JRE and hopefully get things running. These instructions are
for windows, if your using a different OS I'm sorry I can't offer much help
but perhaps you can generalize these instructions to getting it to work on
your OS?
