I tried it with Beer and it worked great. Wine might be fine if its chilled
first. Hey what the heck IS wine, some new Linux ray tracer?

Not really as I don't have Moray, but I tried Rhino and it worked like
a charm (over a network at that), and Rhino is no less complex than
Moray, IMHO. You might be lucky with it.

Wine Is Not an Emulator. But it does let you run Windows binaries

Well, technically, it's not an emulator. It's a pile of libraries and
supporting code to support x86 binaries on an x86 platform; no emulation
required.
Oh, and Gnu's Not Unix.
