Folks:
I hope this isn't a stupid question, but I've checked the doc's and the
word 'sky' isn't even in the search list.
How do you do a 'Sky Sphere' in Moray?
I can obviously export the whole scene and do it that way, but I'd like to
keep it 'native' for other modeling if possible.

Add a sphere to the scene. Scale it up really big. Apply your sky
texture to it.
Bye for now,
Jamie.

And forget using media/fog?

If you want to use media/fog, make the sphere hollow, and fill it with
whatever media you want to...
Or assign a scene level media, and again, make the sphere hollow. (I
think that works, But I don't play with scene level media as a matter of
course, so I may be wrong.)
Bye for now,
Jamie.

So that sounds like the answer is "Moray doesn't support Sky Sphere".

Nor 'inverse'.

Well, not internally. You can either tweak the existing scene, or, as Jamie
said, make a HUGE hollow sphere. I'd also recommend giving the sky texture
an ambience of 1 and a diffuse of 0.

Put the sky sphere in an include, and have moray include it when it
renders. It doesn't show up in the scene, but I find the scene gets
pretty cluttered up anyway with all the objects i'm subtracting from
other objects (I love "difference")
