Do any of you know if there is a free or shareware program that will take an
existing 2d file, such as a black & white logo, and extrude it and export it
as a 3d file that can be used by Moray?
Thank you,
Steve Shelby

B&W logo images can easily be turned into 3D objects by simply using
the image as an input file for a height field object.

Ken,
Thank you for the suggestion. It works quite well. It produced a hollow
back, which was a problem, but I seem to have fixed that by adding a
flattened cylinder with its faces coinciding with those of the heightfield,
creating an intersection CSG.
