I had a similar problem that was caused by calling a scene 'city.mdl'. This
would cause a file called 'city.inc' to be formed. But when the plug-in
runs, it calls upon another file called 'city.inc'. This confusion causes
it not to render.
If this is the problem, just delete the 'city.mdl', 'city.ini', and
'city.inc' from the Moray/objects directory.
