ok, i just got the city plugin, but seem to be missing the inc files - does
anyone know where i can get these

Hi David,
You could try looking in the city.zip file!!!!!!!!
You should find another zip file............
called cc_city.zip, where you will find the Chris' city.inc files plus some
updates that I made.
It also pays to read the .txt or .htm files in the zips!!
