If you installed Moray V3.1, then there is a Plugins directory created
off the directory where you installed Moray.
Check the View|Loaded Plugins dialog. If there are Plugins listed,
then you definitely have such a directory. To find out where it is go
into View|Configuration|Advanced and at the bottom of that dialog is
the Plugins path.
