I want to register Moray. How can I do it? I don't have any credit card.

Ask Lutz if they have an account number at a bank in Munich that you can
transfer the money to. I transfer money from Sweden to Germany on a regular
basis, with no problems whatsoever. I don't expect it to be more difficult
from Finland either (it's all EU isn't it?).

I agree. I'm surprised he hasn't just hopped in the car and driven over
there to pay it. Germany is not that far is it ?

Apart from the methods listed on the registrations page, we do (on
occasion) allow bank transfers. This seems to be difficult because we
usually land up with about DM25 less (which the bank keeps). But if
you specify that bank charges go to your expense, it works fine.
If you want to go that route, send me an email and I'll send you the
bank details.
Also, international postal money orders also work.
And if all else fails, get DM 150 or US$90 cash and put it in an
envelope and send it insured.
If none of these ways are suitable for you, maybe you can make a
suggestions???

I don't know where he lives in Finland, but with two ferries
(Finland->Sweden, Sweden->Danmark) I guess he would have to drive about
2000km to Munich :-)
