Does anyone support the idea of hoaving layers as they work in Spatch?

In spatch, you can view, say, layer 5 and 2 while having all others
invisible.

In Moray, you can view layer 5, but only with layers 1-4 visible as
well...

I have no idea how hard this would be to code, and I am certainly
undeserving, but I think it could well be a handy feature. I'd love to
have it!
