Just go to

ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/softlib/mslfiles

and download the file

40comupd.exe

This will install the newest version of COMCTL32 and the depending DLLs on
your system. It differentiates between Windows 95 and Windows NT and will
update only the files that are outdated on your system.
