I downloaded Build 4180,
opened an old scene, and modified
it a few times. Then I saved the 
object within it using "Save Object As."

	When I tried to reload the 
resulting MDL file the program 
said it could not load because 
a "newer version of Moray" had
made the file.

	I downloaded the patch, 
(build 4196) and tried to load that 
same object file. THIS time it says
there is an "error in MDL file"

	If it were not for the backup 
file I would have lost my work. (The
backup file is readable because it 
was created with "save scene" and 
not "save object")

Could you send me the MDL file? That is not normal behaviour. The two
builds share the same file format.

Note that Moray also makes a .BAK file everytime it saves a file.
