Only as a suggestion perhaps.
This is also a binaries group, although
probably intended more for mdl and udo files.
Anyhow, the house model is good.  I think it needs a boat dock to
accommodate the people coming and going.

Oh, well, since he's french and seems to use babelfish or something like
that as a a translator, i'll translate for him 8):
