Indeed it should

Bullet is already in Blender available to the whole animation system, not only
game engine, since Aligorith's summer of code a few years ago ! So Anything you
do with it there will be rendered along normally, or should be All blender
features like fluids, smoke, etc. should render normally by now, unless it's
broken and no one reported it...
The workspace has been added to Wiki under "POV-Ray centric default workspace"
