A great model, wonderfully textured.

A few commenters complained about the use of a photographed sky and the sun
angle not matching the photo, but it looks pretty natural to me. I can't
tell the lighting wouldn't be possible from the way the clouds are lit,
though the specular highlights aren't quite right, on close inspection.

The only thing that doesn't look natural to me is the smoke trail, which
seems a little too turbulent for that speed.

While it looks great, the score probably suffered a bit because it's a
single object/model, and it doesn't address the topic other than just
"being" an old technology.

A handsome outcome that does justice to the machine. The plane just
"feels right", sleek and powerful for its time, pounding its way through
the air. A very accomplished piece.
