have been closed for upload:

The Challenge 1 topic *The Metal Monster*;
The Challenge 2 topic *The Professor at the Breakfast Table*.

You are now kindly invited to vote for the uploaded images. You can do 
this till the 31st of the current month. Please do not forget to vote 
for *all* the images if you want your votes to be valid! Remember: this 
is absolutely mandatory.

The next topic for Challenge 1 will be *Dome of Many-coloured Glass, by 
Amy Lowell (1874-1925)* it will run from September 1st, 2016 till 
December 31st, 2016. Voting for the topic will start December 18th, 2016.

The next topic for Challenge 2  will be *Confessions of a Beachcomber* 
and will be the fourth and last instalment of the challenge series. 
Visit the webpage for details about this particular challenge. It will 
run from September 1st, 2016 till October 31st, 2016. Voting for the 
topic will start October 18th, 2016.
