Hi:
I guess that should be completely normal because of the novelty, but since 
yesterday the irtc.org service is not available due to possible overloading 
of the server.
I tried to enter, like old times, through ftp.irtc.org and missed in the 
folder with the new competition, as well as an update, if necessary,  of the 
rules.
