I opened the IRTC test round for voting. Login and go to the Current
Rounds tab. Click on the "Vote" link. For each picture, you can enter
an overall score using the stars. You may recommend any number of
pictures for technical, artistic and concept and interpretation merit.
Pressing "Next" or "Previous" registers your vote. You may change your
votes at any time before the end of the voting period.
Voting is open until July 15th. After that date, the IRTC admin (me
right now) will pick the winners based on the votes.

There seems to be a problem, after voting for the first image, when I press
"next" I go back to the same image, so it is only possible to vote for the
first one.
