I made an on-line povray renderer available at:

http://www.badcheese.com/~steve/povray_form.shtml

If you want, you can use it to render your stuff if you want.  Note,
there is a 1Meg file size limit, you can only submit one file (no
includes other than the standard include files) and it's only povray 3.0
compatible (not 3.1 yet).  Priority is given to smaller pictures.

Feel free to test it out.  Submit 5, 10 or 20 pictures if you want.
It's there for you guys!
