The title says it all. When should we expect the next IRTC CD-ROM? If I
remember right last year it has been around the end of the year, hasn`t
it?

  When I was working with Chris Cason back in early september on the links
page project he mentioned that he was hard at work on the IRTC CD project.
Of course this does not answer your question directly but hopefully it will
give you hope that we will see it soon.
