is not working either.
Have you had the same problem? This has been noticed in the irtc mailing
list too.

I couldn't get in touch with the admin team and even a mailing to IRTC-l
seems to have failed.
Does anyone get mail from IRTC-l?
Does anyone get into the voting area of the current round?
I wait until tomorrow and then try to mail one of the admins directly if
I don't hear anything else.

How many first assumed that they were singled out and blocked from this round
because of snotty comments in povray.org or in the last round of competition?
