Loving my copy of this great CDrom, I've been through the whole year of
contest images/animations already before the day is over (well, I've
scanned thru it anyhow), I just got it in the mail this afternoon. Ship
date on invoice said Dec.,15 so a 3 day delivery time from Indianapolis,
IN. Ordered it about a dozen days ago I think.
The animations are fabulous to simply be able to click on and play
nearly immediately, nothing like d/l off internet. My cd drive (16X)
does work a bit loading the html pages/images in if you use the browser
approach to navigate its contents.
One note: I had to turn off DMA for my CDrom drive or it was
inaccessible.  This could have been an earlier error I had made after
installing a new hard drive. I hadn't used the CD drive since then,
until now.
But even though I have Auto-insert notification on and this CD has
autorun.inf, nothing happens when it's first put in. Oh, well. Like any
other thing happening with this crazy machine.
I say again, it's fantastic to have the IRTC Y2 CD, complete with P-R
3.1a; Windows and DOS versions as well.
