You could always cop out and put most of the explanation in the text file...
Anyway, how long is the rest of the animation? if the speech is only a small
part of the whole then it should be okay, but you'll have trouble compressing
it.

Do we need to hear all 80 seconds of it? An aptly-selected line could
have the same impact (the viewer's brain will fill in the rest).

thanks for all the replies. yeah, I did think up a 25 word version of the
villain's speech.
And if you must know, the development process is going:
idea 1, no, idea 2, no, idea 3, no, idea 4, cool!
write some dialogue, look at calendar,
get psyched out by low score and a few pieces of tough constructive
criticism, look at calender,
setting 1, no, setting 2, no setting 3, no., look at calendar.
But hey it's an excellent concept at this stage.
