Speaking as one of the entrants in this round, I don't care how many topics they
announce at once it still doesn't make all this waiting any easier!
BUT, the new topic and all the entrants for this round can be found on the
IRTC's FTP site, so actually I'm not getting impatient this time :)

I have looked at a lot of old stuff trying to catch up. I don't see how
the voting works and who wins what. I disagree. This will be my first
time having an opinion before the voting and comments. I just missed the
last one. I want to see how my opinion fits in with the results.
