Is anyone else having difficulty viewing Firefly in this round of
animations? Media player doesn't want to display it.

player? The versions I had play it fine- maybe d/l the
updated version at MS's site.

Rather NOT d/l the updated version... At least on my
system, the NEW media player cannot play correctly mpeg
(arguying that the codec is not found and it need to
connect to the internet first), whereas the old player
has still no problem with them!

If I just double click on the animation it launches Media Player
6.4.07.1112 and it tells me some of the streams aren't suppored.

When I launch Media Player alone it launches 7.00.00.1958 and it won't
play. It gives me a length of 0:00 and it tells me two frames of another
animation. If I tell it to check for updates it tells me that I have the
absolute latest version.
I dld the animation again and it worked. I dld it twice yesterday but it
didn't work. Thanks.

Josh

Nope. I guess it downloaded the first time but it was missing header
information that contained the legth of the animation or number of
frames.

The second download worked
