My latest IRTC entry is my largest yet,  some 350 frames, but only 13 or
so seconds.  Some other entries are almost a minute long and probably
smaller in file size than my own!  And you're using CMPEG!

What gives?!

I often find myself either cramming too much plot into 10 seconds or
just making a plotless animation that is understandable in 10 seconds.
