So what are you doing that I didn't?
Because as you can see above/below, I'm using 3.8

White = <1.000, 1.000, 1.000, 0.000, 0.000>

Are you outputting the color value with vstr(), or performing a render using
that light source?
I'm just trying to understand where this all goes off the rails, and where to
look under the hood.
