Hehe, actually I've been rather busy with creating and adjusting characters for
my weird space rooster game this whole time. :D

With the other game project I'm kinda stuck in a phase where I've got loads of
renders, but the actual story is rather short compared to how much content the
rooster game will have. The concept is a bit scattered all over the place (in my
mind and notes), and there's still a lot of brainstorming to be done for getting
a sensible and coherent experience. In any case I'll get back to my tentacle
alien creatures at some point again, no worries. :)

Hopefully great, yeh. :D

I've been working on rather basic CSG operations recently, partly as it's a
quick way for me to create and deal with, and also partly as my game will reach
out for certain late 80's / early 90's vibes, so I've been keeping my newest
renders intentionally minimal, almost naivistic in a way, while attempting to
capture some of the atmosphere from those eras. :)

I have to admit it's been quite a ride. Work, house, projects, kung fu training
(private lessons, as normal training on hold due to covid-19), this whole
pandemic thing and on top my personal mental struggles (depression through my
whole adult life, doing MUCH better these days though). Projects and exercise
keep me going, so putting my all on those always when possible. :)

Ah, that would have been cool. :O

Then again, since the early demo, the game has gone through a lot of bug fixes
and general improvements, so first now I'm finally starting to get there in
having a solid, stable and working version at hands. Ofc it still lacks over
half of the content, but the framework is there to be built upon, and many nice
new features have been added, for example save/resume/restart game, replay
level, tutorial and so on.

I'll send the link via email, as it's not a public version just yet. :)

Yeah, it's a weird expression that many told me especially throughout last year,
so had it stuck in my head from there. I guess no-one is really actually "safe"
in this wacky and/or wicked world. :D

All the best too!
