I've been going through a lot of old source scenes and came across Anders Smoke
test scene.  Anders kindly posted the source here:

But I can't find the image.

When rendering old scene files I usually put "noise_generator 1" in the
global_settings, but this time it didn't work, I had to place the statement in
the bozo pigment for the cigarette filter, also I changed the white smoke to a
blue fug.  The cigarette is now finely balanced on a green glass bowl, it was
very tempting to place down a checker pattern but manged to refrain!
