Made some progress on some of the simpler items.
Added windows, sun, workbench, screwdrivers, toolchest, computer stand, and
Gaylord cartons.

Wrote a macro to fill Gaylords with objects up to a specified percent height.
Puzzling over how to trim off all the corners of the z/x/y nested loop fill.
Got a few of them off - back right corner formula is stumping me.
