The docs weren't clear if one had to add #local or #declare before the
identifier, and I was confused regarding the End parameter - since most
programming languages use an inequality (as does POVray's #while statement).

Thanks for updating the wiki. One additional suggestion I'd make is to also
state what the example code is supposed to /produce/. I.e. a series of spheres
arranged evenly around a circle.
