I wouldn't consider vain to try: Packt publishes books about software with Zlib
/ MIT "like" licences in their open source collection, If you look closely to
all the licences of promising packages today they are very often not too
specific in their licence terms, except about what really matters, making their
licences called by other names than some famous licences, while using the very
same articles and saying "it's just like licence A" or "B type licence.

Even without a chance of success it would be a way to state that Povray is
"promising" again. Am I the only fan boy here? :-)
