1. When doing a replace on a selection, the Find Next and Replace options are
disabled, leaving Replace All the only replace option available.  Can this be
changed?

2. I know that this has been discussed before, but having the splash screen pop
up during batch runs is still extremely annoying.  Can the splash screen be
suppressed during background runs only?  (Is there a way to tell?)
