BTW, OpenOffice beats down the new MS Office in familiarity factor...

here in Brazil it's the same thing:  vendors are instructed to scare buyers away
from Linux PCs or at the very least offer an unofficial Windows install as an
after-sales courtesy... it's so friggin' pathetic seeing such a huge coward
monster...
