I have used PDB files (protein data bank) to make POVRay scenes. I think you
need to download  a program called POVChem
(http://www.chemicalgraphics.com/PovChem/). I am not sure if RasMol has the
capability of exporting a POV file.

POVChem is really good at generating a POV scene file. You can set the camera
position and orient the molecule in space. After you get the POV file, you can
tweak the finish of the molecule to make it more reflective or whatever.
