First of all, hello and welcome!

I've never used RasMol, but from a search of the online manual it seems that
there is a 'write' command with a 'povray3' option. Some of these docs appear
to date back to the mid-90s (there's also a POV-Ray2.0 option!) so I expect
this generates a POV-Ray 3.1 scene file. If so, putting

#version 3.1;

at the top of the output file should work. The manual also mentioned that
'povray3' was still under development, so if it doesn't work properly I suppose
it's worth trying 'povray', with #version 2.0; instead.

Assuming RasMol can produce valid POV-Ray files, you'll probably want to tweak
the textures and lighting yourself to improve the final image. If so, it's
probably wise to have a good look through the POV-Ray docs and tutorials to get
the hang of things (if you haven't already done so :)).

Good luck!
