* I've observed the problem on two computers.
* Computer #1:
  - Windows XP Home
  - AMD Sempron 3000
  - 1.5GB RAM
* Computer #2:
  - Windows Vista Home Premium
  - Intel Pentium Dual Core E2160
  - 2GB RAM
