I just looked at the licensing calculator for some of the music.

Under "Chilled and Orchestral", I selected a licensing option for motion picture
production, with no music in the credits, music for the background or source,
and less than 50k euros for the film budget.

For worldwide distribution rights, you're looking at $1600 US.  For "art house"
rights, you're going to pay $60 US.  I wonder what would the TC-RTC fall under.

Didn't listen to any of the music (MP3s and such are verboten on our network).

I think I'll stick to doing my own soundtracks.  More fun that way  :)
