just an idea (zoom function for render window)
for the render window, is it possible to add a zoom function. like gimp or
photoshop to zoom in or out to preview, and also the hand tool to move
around the zoom.

The scenario that I usually do is, render the image (320x200 for preview),
then use explorer.exe to open the folder open the render bmp file, for
"window picture and fax viewer" to zoom in.

additionally it would be good if it can memorise and remember the zoom that
set from previous render of the same pov file.
