I saw one where the guy built the mechanics out of legos and then used
something like a hot-glue-gun to extrude chocolate scanline fashion for
each layer.  I guess that one is not "quite" as sweet as pure sugar. :)

One of these days I want to get an SDL-based model printed in 3d.
