I’ve just thought of another method. Copy your entire file to Word in
outline view. Go to the beginning of the text you want to select. Demote it
(Alt + Shift + Right), find the end of the text plus one line and Promote
that (Alt + Shift + Left). Go back to the beginning of the text you want to
select and click the + sign and your text will be selected.
