That was the Forum admin at the 3dwin software site. He helped a lot quick
and promptly their forum doesn't allowed to attach files either.

Well I think the way to go Is to develop a plugin a.l.a Amaretto Gelato, the
wall is in the materials, passing many times Gelato doesn't have the
materials to do the rendering, hey even mental ray gives the same problems
some times. The only infalible renderer so far Is the default scan line
renderer.
 And so you know I am completely new to the 3d Modeling scene. I'm an
Electrical Engineer who works in Visualization at a SuperComputing Centre
and have many desires to get this done,
