 - Changed render timer from time.clock() to time.time(). Thanks to
   Jaime Vives Piqueres, who found that time.time() gave accurate results
   on his Fedora Core 5 setup, wheras time.clock() didn't.

 - Changed the order of the inserted library paths, so $POV_BASEDIR/scenes/
   is first. Thanks to Jaime Vives Piqueres
