  The Readme.txt included with 3DWin says this, along with other
information:

"Installation:

1. Start 3DWin_Setup.exe.
2. Start Demo_Reg_Setup.exe and install into the 3DWin installation
directory.
3. Double Click on "3DWin.reg"

  If the above procedure isn't followed, nothing happens when you try to
open 3DWin.
