I've seen actual Hello Kitty Vader costumes (and a pink one with a giant bow
tie, for some reason) that were made since this "adjusted" photo came out (I
live where GenCon is held every year, and where they used to have the Star
Wars convention when GenCon was running it) but they were never as good as
that original white costume.

I'm just wondering which search engine was able to take an edited photo
and look up the original... Damn, I thought this technology was three
decades away! o_O

Yeah, that would seem to be the case - but the power cell is the size of
a pack of Life Savers, so that's going to be a somewhat larger knife. ;-)
