Or without the brain damage, if you prefer...

Yeah, isn't compressed "air" actually propane gas or something weird?
Like, all you need is an ignition source and you've got your own
personal flame thrower?

Hairspray works wonderfully for that.

Ah, the days of a misspent youth :D

Or aftershave, or just about anything with a flammable propellant, really.

I still remember some doofus kid wanted to spray deodorant onto the
zipper of his jeans, ignite it with a lighter, and then I was supposed
to smother it with a pillow. So picture the scene: I'm standing there
with this pillow, the guy sprays his jeans, lights it, giggles, does
"arrr **** it hurts!", and I whack him with a pillow.

...still not *quite* sure what the point of all that was, but hey, if
some guy wants me to hit him with a pillow, I'm not gonna argue.

WD-40 gives nice sparkles in the flame :-)

More fun is a big super-soaker filled with petrol, although the end of the
nozzle kept catching on fire :-O

o_O

I'm surprised the petrol didn't disolve the plastic for a start...

Empty deodorant cans on the bonfire. The poor man's firecracker. Or full ones
for proper fireballs. Don't forget to stand behind something solid!

Guess they chose a plastic that didn't dissolve when in contact with petrol
(whether or not deliberately).

BTW most products that you might touch are usually tested against common
liquids you could have on your hand (sweat, hand cream, petrol/diesel,
cleaners etc) to make sure nothing bad happens.
